Refund Policy
Effective date: July 5, 2026
This Refund Policy explains when and how you are refunded for purchases of the Digital Discoverability Toolkit, operated by 2643194 Ontario Inc. and sold through Stripe as merchant of record.
How payment works
When you buy a tool — such as an AI discoverability analysis — your card is charged at checkout, before the tool runs. Stripe, as merchant of record, processes the payment and any applicable tax. Each tool is priced separately; the price is shown at checkout and set out in our Terms of Service.
Automatic full refund if your analysis fails
If your analysis fails to complete for a technical reason on our side, we automatically issue a full refund of the amount you paid, including any tax collected. You do not need to request it. Because your card was charged at checkout, you will see the original charge and then a separate refund on your statement; the refund typically appears within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. Where enabled, Stripe emails you a refund confirmation.
If for any reason an automatic refund does not reach you, contact dd@digitaldiscoverability.com and we will resolve it.
Completed analyses
Because the Service delivers a digital report generated specifically for the URL you submit, completed analyses are generally non-refundable once the report has been produced and made available to you.
If you are not satisfied with a completed report, email dd@digitaldiscoverability.com within 7 days of delivery describing the issue. We review requests in good faith and may, at our discretion, offer a re-run or a full or partial refund — for example where the report is materially incomplete or the analysis clearly malfunctioned.
Consumer rights (EU/UK and others)
Certain consumers have statutory rights, including, in some cases, a right of withdrawal for digital services. Where you begin an analysis, you acknowledge that the digital report is produced and supplied immediately, which may limit a statutory withdrawal right once delivery has begun. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer-protection right you have under the law of your place of residence.
Duplicate or accidental charges
If you were charged more than once for the same analysis, or believe a charge was made in error, contact dd@digitaldiscoverability.com with the order reference and we will refund any duplicate charge.
