Why one-time instead of a subscription?
Monitoring makes sense once you know what you are monitoring for. These assistants search the live web and never answer identically twice, so a dashboard will always have something moving on it. The useful question is whether you can act on the movement, and before you have changed anything, there is not much to act on.
So our take is: audit first. Run one report, act on the six insights it gives you, dig into the AI Data Pack, scope out the competitors getting named instead of you, then re-run the same 25 questions and see what moved. What does "no account" mean here?
The whole exchange is a website URL, an email address, and a payment. There is no login and no password. Payment is processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details. We email you a receipt, your results, and a reminder before your results page expires. That is the entire relationship, unless you decide to come back.
Running it for a client?
Each report is standalone, so there are no seats and nothing to share access to. Run it on your own domain or a client's, and forward the results link, the PDF, or the AI Data Pack. Need an answer before a meeting? It takes about 5 minutes.
One note when the domain isn't yours: checkout asks you to confirm you're authorized to have the site analyzed, and for a client's domain that confirmation is yours to give. Our Terms have the details.
